Do You Need Planning Permission For Glass Extensions?

Porches are considered permitted development, not requiring an application for planning permission, provided conditions are met. Porches are also available with polycarbonate, glass or even tiled roofs to suit your specifications.

Our service includes matching your existing brickwork and completing the construction with Upvc guttering, drainpipes, internal finishing and any electrical work required. Mainstream can also supply a choice of GRP composite doors or Upvc door panels to complete your new porch that will provide a flexible and welcome extension to your entrance.
